The job description
1. Establish the quality management system according to the ISO9001 standard, ensure and improve the product quality to meet the requirements;
2. Inspected the products according to the quality inspection system, and put forward handling suggestions on the unqualified products
3. Responsible for sorting out product quality inspection records in the production process, analyzing and diagnosing the production process according to the inspection records;
4. Supervised the implementation of the process in the production process, and tracked and controlled the process indicators in the production process;
5. Carried out production process quality management, implemented three inspection measures of "self-inspection, mutual inspection and random inspection", and realized zero product defects;
6. Responsible for the configuration, use, calibration and maintenance of inspection instruments to ensure the normal progress of inspection work;
7. If the quality inspection personnel find abnormal product quality in the process of work, they should report to the department in time and immediately correct and handle the abnormal situation;
8. Familiar with the performance, use methods and general routine maintenance of the instruments in each position, and completed the daily testing and analysis, raw material testing, intermediate control and product delivery testing in strict accordance with the quality control standards and testing operation procedures formulated by the company;
9. Make the original records of all tests carefully, timely and accurately.
10. Fill in, summarize and report quality statements in time;
11. Participate in the formulation and verification of technical standards and new inspection methods;
12. Strictly abide by the confidentiality system, it is not allowed to take away or transfer all kinds of materials, data and information of quality inspection work to any personnel unrelated to the position without permission;
13. Actively participate in business training organized by the company and departments, strive to learn all aspects of knowledge related to analysis and laboratory testing, constantly update detection methods and means, and improve business theory and skill level;
14. Responsible for the daily maintenance of important equipment and precision analytical instruments, adhere to daily spot inspection to ensure the normal operation of equipment and instruments, and keep good operation and ledger records;
